Connected in Chaos
How do we come together during chaotic times?
Over 160 participants created thirteen digital murals during the summer of 2020, reflecting on life at the onset of the pandemic. Themes including Truth to Power, We Are Nature, and This Land We Are On emerged through a 13-week process of online meet-ups, readings, group exercises, and storytelling.
Participants worked across a wide range of creative mediums — abstract painting, photography, performance, knitting — to explore belonging and community through their own experience. Connected in Chaos stands as a record of collective resilience and a reminder of what creative collaboration makes possible in uncertain times.
