Team Art Experiences

Your group. Our creative direction. Something made together.

Each experience is custom-designed around your group: who you are, what you're working through, and what you want to feel at the end.

What a team experience looks like

We handle the creative direction ~

You show up and make something together.

Whether you're building team cohesion, exploring a theme, celebrating a milestone, or simply creating together for the joy of it, these experiences are designed to meet you where you are.

Every session ends with something made: a shared artwork, individual pieces, or a collective image that captures what the group brought into the room.

Why teams do this

Building connection ~ Creative making breaks down hierarchy and creates genuine encounters between people.

Marking a moment ~ Retreats, offsites, end-of-year gatherings, new beginnings — art makes an event memorable.

Exploring something together ~ A shared theme, a question the team is sitting with, a value you want to bring to life.

Simply creating ~ No agenda other than the pleasure of making something with people you live with.

"Working with Melanie is an absolute dream. Melanie is kind and sparkly, and has a quality about her that can only be described as magical. She is a dreamer, but also a doer, and that rare combo means that what she creates is infused with so much love and skill. "
