Mission Services London's Board of Directors invited people who receive services from the organization to share their input on how to best serve the community. People that are systemically marginalized and pushed into homelessness and addiction shared their insights through painting, writing, storytelling, and photography. A team from the community was trained to facilitate the creative sessions. The completed mural was instrumental for board members to inform the organization’s strategic plan.
