How can we improve homecare services for LGBTQ+ older adults?
PSW nurses and LGBTQ+ older adults engaged in arts-based research to unfold the layered complexities of relationships in homecare today.
Over 12 weeks, participants from across Ontario explored themes of home, care, and the future of community-based support through facilitated dialogue, art-making, and the co-creation of a digital mural. The goal was to strengthen relationships within care systems and use creative processes to imagine new possibilities for connection — producing both a visual record and published research. Research.
